Use the Report List to view the results of all data in an aggregated, condensed format.

Simply by clicking on the Report List feature’s # and % icons, you can switch quickly from percentile information to estimated counts data. Session and time-segment notes are readily incorporated and accessible. The Report List feature also allows you to print, email, or export selected reports to Excel.

In the Report List, you may view the date for each recording, the length of the recording, as well as the number of Adult Word Counts (AWC), Conversational Turns (CT), or Child Vocalizations (VOC). You may also view developmental age and percentile information in the Developmental Snapshot columns on the right.

	Using the traditional data collection method, you can employ the DLP Configurator to determine the number of DLPs you need and then send DLPs, clothing, and instructions home with your client/subject. (Try our DLP Configurator at http://www.lenafoundation.org/dlpplanning.) After recording their natural language environment for a day, the client/subject drops off or mails in the DLP and clothing to your office, enabling you to use LENA Pro to process the audio recording. This is an easy way to introduce your client/subject to the LENA System, but only you have access to the data and information.
	LENA Parent provides the client/subject with a DLP and clothing for home use and also enables the second method of data collection: LENA Flash Drives. Once your client/subject has invested in LENA Parent, you can order flash drives and pass them along to your clients/subjects. Clients can conduct up to 10 days of home recordings with LENA Parent and attach the flash drive to their personal computer at any time; LENA Parent automatically transfers all data to the flash drive. To protect privacy, LENA Parent offers the client/subject the option of excluding the audio file. After the flash drive is returned, you can connect the flash drive to your system and import all of the data and audio. The compatibility of LENA Parent and LENA Pro helps ensure that the data obtained with flash drive is the same as the data you would have acquired while processing the DLP recording on your own system. Please note that this data transfer method is only supported by specially configured LENA Flash Drives.
	Finally, there’s secure Internet Transfer. This method is supported in the 2009 version of LENA Pro and must be used with LENA Parent. First, you enable Internet Transfer in the LENA Pro software. Then whenever the client/subject connects to the Internet, the data is automatically sent to a special FTP site. At the same time, Internet Transfer automatically notifies you that new data exists and is available for transfer to your system. Unfortunately, Internet Transfer does not support audio files, which are too large to transfer.
